Solarbox

  • Descrizione

It allows to check in a rapid way the solidity of light.

The samples are lighted with a filtered xenon lamp which reproduces the total spectrum of the sun and not simply the wavelength of the UV rays, with a radiation from 250 to 1000 W/mq. in the spectral range between 290 and 800 nm., which is controlled and regulated in order to compensate the ageing of the lamp and of the filter.
The S1500 exposition surface measures 500 cmq.
Easily interchangeable UV filters allow to reproduce different environmental conditions:

280 nm. Simulates the highest solar exposition, and high-altitude too;
310 nm. Simulates solar rays filtered through a window glass;
I.R. Cuts the infrared to reduce the sample’s temperature.
